At Robert Morris University (RMU) learning takes place both in and out of the classroom.  Students are encouraged to excel in their courses and to become actively involved in campus and community life.  The   Office of Engaged Learning & Community Involvement (ELCI) exists to assist students in finding meaningful   and challenging ways to get involved, develop new skills, and build their resumes.  The ELCI office is responsible for the Student Engagement Transcript (SET), Community Service, Alternative Spring Break, Nonprofit Leadership Association certificate program, and voter registration, among other initiatives.
There are literally hundreds of ways that students can become actively involved in campus and community life.  Any student who needs information about Engaged Learning and Community Involvement initiatives is encouraged to stop by the ELCI office located in the Student Life suite on the 2nd floor of Nicholson Center, Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
